【常搓7部位延缓衰老】

1,搓手:双手对搓手背,再对搓手掌促进大脑兴奋;
2,搓额:上下搓额头延缓皱纹产生;
3,搓鼻:食指搓鼻梁两侧防感冒;
4,搓耳:手掌来回搓耳朵刺激穴位;
5,先顺时针后逆时针搓腹部促消化防便秘;
6,手掌在腰部搓50下补肾壮腰;
7,常搓足底增强免疫。
